The recent development of domestic tourism and the warm welcome of tourists to the lush nature of Mazandaran Province have encouraged Paydar Pey Sazeh Company to leverage its capabilities and experiences from related construction projects to undertake the development of a residential-recreational complex with a distinctive approach, differing from conventional projects. Accordingly, a 9-hectare plot of land in one of the coastal areas of Nowshahr, near the village of Kohneh Sara, has been acquired, and the processes for obtaining permits and conducting preliminary studies have commenced.

In the initial design, the construction of a five-star hotel with an approximate area of 50,000 square meters across 20 floors and 300 accommodation suites on the sea surface was envisioned. This hotel, which plays the primary role in attracting tourists to the complex, is positioned to simultaneously capitalize on sea and forest views, offering a unique accommodation experience within the sea. In addition, 6 residential towers in two types of 20 and 25 floors, along with 17 VIP villas totaling over 200,000 square meters, will provide accommodation capacity for more than 500 families.
