The commercial sections of Iran Mall have been executed using the Shell and Core strategy, whereby the external envelope and core installations are fully completed, and the interior space is delivered in a raw state to the tenants. This approach enables customized interior design and finishing works tailored to the needs and preferences of the tenants, while enhancing project execution speed and flexibility.

The construction of kitchen and restaurant units involves more complex requirements in terms of hygiene compliance, fire protection, and provision of infrastructure suited to the tenants' intended equipment. The hood exhaust systems in these spaces incorporate filters with four different layers to eliminate oil, smoke, and unpleasant odors from the kitchens. All exhaust ducts in this system are fabricated from thick welded black steel sheets with rockwool insulation to prevent the potential spread of fire and heat to adjacent spaces.
