Accordingly, a 9-hectare plot of land in one of the coastal areas of Nowshahr, near the village of Kohneh Sara, has been acquired, and the processes for obtaining permits and conducting preliminary studies have commenced.<\/p>\n<p>In the initial design, the construction of a five-star hotel with an approximate area of 50,000 square meters across 20 floors and 300 accommodation suites on the sea surface was envisioned. This hotel, which plays the primary role in attracting tourists to the complex, is positioned to simultaneously capitalize on sea and forest views, offering a unique accommodation experience within the sea.
