This section provides a total capacity for approximately 4,000 vehicles in standard and VIP classes. In addition to parking, it accommodates the hotel's utility and service spaces, including the industrial kitchen and laundry, mechanical rooms, and electrical substations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Engineering Considerations<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The parking floors are primarily constructed using concrete structures and 9-meter-long prestressed hollow-core precast slabs manufactured in a factory to maximize execution speed while maintaining strength and quality. Fire suppression systems, comprising both automatic (sprinkler) and manual (fire hose cabinets) components, have been executed using seamless galvanized steel pipes with threaded and grooved fittings to ensure higher system durability and minimal maintenance requirements.
